This is not a particular Dua recited in order to protect any one from virus....
But This would suite you I guess.... Insha Allah..

١عوذ بكلمات الله اتتامات من شر ما خلق

‘I take refuge in Allaah’s perfect words from the evil He has created.’

(three times in the morning and in the evening)
